SHIPPING

All orders within US Canada and Abroad receive Flat Rate shipping.

You will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information once your order is fulfilled.

Orders will be delivered by FedEx, UPS, Canpar, or Purolator.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure your order is shipped to a physical address. If your order is shipped to a P.O. Box, the order will be canceled.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with the following information:

A photo(s) of the damaged item(s) and/or shipping box

A photo or copy of the packing slip included with your order

Any additional information that is pertinent to your claim

We will promptly investigate your inquiry and issue an exchange within 4-10 business days.
